We seek your cooperation for the sake of smooth functioning of our institution and request you to:
=> Get admission in the school, a student has to submit his/her birth certificate, 3 recent passport size photographs, transfer certificate issued from previous school and xerox of the report cardof the last class passed.
=> Check your ward’s almanac daily and remarks made in it. It should be daily signed by the parents for th necessary action to be taken. Check the haircut & uniform etc. Of your ward regularly.
=> See that your ward has prepared for the test and exam. Also see his/her report card and teacher’s remarks in his/her class work home work, exercise copies and almanac.
=> Encourage your child for a balanced interest in studies, games and co-curricular activities.
=> Plan your ward’s leave considering school calendar and please take the leave for the minimum number of days for marriage and family functions or visits to help your child build the habit of regular work.
=> Send leave application and get it sanctioned before availing it.
=> Inform the office in writing regarding any change in your address and phone number.
=> Compulsory to attend parent-teacher meet for mutual trust and better understanding with the school.
=> Not to meet the teacher or children during school hours without the permission of the principal.
=> Encourage your child to speak in English, also at home.
=> Let him/her become self-reliant by allowing him/her for learn by doing his/her own work.
